Role: UX UI Designer
Bplay, a leading gaming platform under Boldt Group, aimed to enhance user onboarding by addressing friction points in the sign-up process. Users were frustrated with information input and verification steps, seeking a faster path to their favorite games. I contributed to the UX/UI redesign by conducting wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. I leveraged design thinking and agile methodologies, working closely with developers, product managers, and UX researchers to integrate user insights and technical feasibility.
• Situation: The sign-up process caused user frustration and drop-offs, slowing access to games
• Task: Redesign the onboarding flow to make registration faster, clearer, and more personalized
• Action: Created wireframes, prototypes, and usability tests, refining user interactions and streamlining verification
• Results: Improved engagement during testing, reducing friction in the onboarding process
